CSK Services is a civil construction contractor — earthworks, piling and plant hire — delivering for Tier 1 clients.
We're looking for an experienced Safety Advisor to drive HSE across our active civil, piling and earthworks projects.
This role is Sydney-based but requires regular travel to regional NSW project sites, including periods away from home.
You'll need a current driver's licence and the flexibility to work across multiple locations.The roleDrive WHS compliance across active civil, piling and earthworks sitesConduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident investigationsDeliver site inductions, pre-starts and toolbox talksPrepare, review and maintain SWMS and site safety documentationSupport incident response,



notifiable-incident reporting and corrective actions in line with SafeWork NSW requirementsLiaise with Tier 1 clients and site teams on HSE requirements and interfaceHelp maintain our ISO ******************** management system and keep us audit-readyAbout youCertificate IV or Diploma in Work Health & SafetyProven safety experience in civil construction (piling and earthworks highly regarded)Solid working knowledge of the NSW WHS Act & Regulation and SafeWork NSW requirementsConstruction Induction (White Card) and a current driver's licenceIncident investigation experience ICAM or similar an advantageExperience working under a Tier 1 principal contractor's HSE systems (desirable)A confident, hands-on communicator who can hold the line on safety and build trust with crews and clients
