As a Salesforce Environment Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing Salesforce environments to ensure seamless operations and project success.Your duties will include:Providing technical leadership and strategic planning for the Salesforce environments team.Developing and maintaining Salesforce environment plans and service catalogues.Executing complex Salesforce administration tasks to support releases, CI/CD, and current projects.Troubleshooting Salesforce issues and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for resolution.Ensuring documentation, standards,



and support processes are continually reviewed and improved.Mentoring team members and assigning work activities to support team objectives.Skills and Experience we are looking for:Certified Salesforce Administrator with at least 4 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and coordination across cross-functional teams.Expertise in Salesforce sharing and security, including roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules.Hands-on experience managing Salesforce CI/CD processes using tools like GitLab.Experience in leading the design and governance of Salesforce environment strategies.Familiarity with ITIL Foundation Certification, Agile methodologies, and team leadership is highly desirable.Application ProcessIf you would like to apply for this opportunity, please click 'APPLY'.
