promotional activity and onsite merchandisingAnalyse website performance and optimise the customer journey to drive growthManage CRM/eDM activity and work with agencies across SEM, SEO, Google and MetaSKILLS + EXPERIENCEProven experience in an eCommerce trading or eCommerce management roleStrong commercial focus with experience driving online sales and conversionHands-on experience managing an eCommerce website, ideally Shopify / Shopify PlusRetail or product-based eCommerce experience highly regardedStrong understanding of digital performance, CRM/eDM, SEM and website analytics
