You will ensure each meal is prepared with quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a variety of café-style meals fromThe Coffee Club menuEnsure consistency in taste, presentation and portion controlMaintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standardsCollaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver timely serviceAssist with menu development and seasonal specialsMaintain proper temperatures on ovens,
