You will handle the initial client contact, explain the process, discuss costs, and guide enquirers to proceed with our lawyers.
This is a pivotal, revenue-critical role in a warm, supportive team.The role focuses on building rapport, closing enquiries, and setting up files for lawyers to act.
Training is provided, with opportunities to grow in a rapid-paced environment.
