The role focuses on compassionate, high‐quality care, including daily living assistance, social support, and transparent communication with residents, families, and staff.Ideal candidates have a Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or related field, with at least 6 months in aged care, and hold Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, First Aid/CPR, and vaccination requirements.
