This role sits at the intersection of hydraulic engineering and digital delivery, supporting high-quality design through BIM, coordination, and model-led project delivery.You'll work across sectors including Defence, Health, Education and Infrastructure, contributing to complex projects while strengthening our digital capability nationally.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both technical hydraulic engineering and digital workflows and wants to play a key role in how projects are delivered at Lucid.How you'll contribute day-to-dayDeliver hydraulic designs using a model-led (BIM) approachDevelop and manage Revit models and digital documentationCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated BIM deliverySupport the design of hydraulic systems including water, sewer, stormwater and drainage servicesUndertake clash detection, model reviews and coordination workshopsContribute to digital standards, workflows and continuous improvement initiativesWork closely with engineers, clients and contractors to deliver project outcomesSupport and mentor junior team members in BIM and digital delivery practicesAttend project meetings,
