This is an exciting opportunity to make a genuine impact on young children's lives while working alongside a supportive and motivated team.As an ECT at IDFS, you will:Lead a group of children aged birth to 5 years (Long Day Care) or 3 to 5 years (Preschool) in a nurturing, play-based environmentPlan and implement a high-quality educational program in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)Build meaningful relationships with children and familiesMaintain compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Education and Care Services National Law and RegulationsMentor and support educators within your roomContribute to the centre's Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)To be considered for this position you must hold:A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualificationCurrent NESA accreditation (or ability to obtain)
