You'll be one of the main points of contact for our customers while helping make sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, has strong sales experience and, most importantly, is proactive and exceptionally organised.
You'll be someone who notices what needs to happen next, follows things up and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.The RoleYour day-to-day will include:Managing customer enquiries across email, phone, online and in-storeAssisting customers with product selection and providing a excellent showroom experiencePreparing quotes and following up enquiries and potential salesProcessing showroom, phone and online ordersManaging sales administration, invoicing and paymentsMonitoring orders from purchase through to collection or deliveryProactively keeping customers updated on their ordersLiaising between our showroom and warehouse teams to keep orders movingAssisting with Shopify orders and basic website/product updatesMaintaining accurate customer, order and product informationIdentifying issues or delays early and following them through to resolutionAbout YouWe're looking for someone with:Previous sales and customer service experienceExcellent written and verbal communicationExceptional attention to detailStrong organisation and time-management skillsA friendly,



enthusiastic and genuine approach to customersConfidence communicating by phone, email and face-to-faceThe ability to manage multiple priorities at onceA proactive mindset and strong sense of ownershipThe ability to work independently while communicating well within a small teamExperience with Shopify, Retail Express or e-commerce would be highly regarded, but isn't essential.
An interest in fitness is a bonus - attitude, initiative and customer service are more important to us.Hours, Start Date & PayThe position will initially be casual, moving to approximately *****+ hours per week once fully commenced, with the potential to grow into a part-time or full-time role.We're recruiting early to find the right person and allow for a smooth handover.
Ideally, the successful candidate will be available for some training and introductory hours throughout November, before moving into their regular hours from December onwards.Our showroom is open 9am–5pm Monday to Friday, with rotational Saturday and Sunday shifts as required.
Flexibility across both weekday and weekend hours is essential for this role.The position will be paid at General Retail Industry Award, including applicable casual loading and weekend penalty rates.
