You'll work collaboratively with technical and business teams to deliver enterprise-level solutions and continuous service improvement.Responsibilities:Deliver advanced system admin support in Microsoft environments aligned to SLAsLead or contribute to architecture, design, and technical solution proposalsOnboard customers and research current tech for enhanced service deliveryEngage in pre-sales activities, solution demos, PoCs,
