This role plays a key part in expanding technical excellence and driving sustainable business growth within the acoustics practice.The OpportunityPerform acoustic analysis using calculations, modelling tools, and field measurementsDevelop environmental noise predictions for a variety of projectsProvide technical acoustic advice across sectors including infrastructure, residential, commercial, energy, and performance buildingsCollaborate within multidisciplinary design teams to deliver high-quality work on timeManage small to medium sized projects, including overseeing time, cost, and quality, while building strong client relationshipsIs this role right for you?
A member of Australian Acoustical SocietyAt least 4 years of experience in AcousticsStrong analytical capability, including advanced mathematical and modelling skillsProficiency with technical acoustics software (preferrably SoundPLAN), equipment, and consulting practicesExcellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver client-focused solutionWhat we offer youAt Arup, we care about each member's success, so we can grow together.
