You will work closely with the Directors to ensure smooth service delivery, strengthen systems, and cultivate a workplace built on connection, teamwork, and open communication.You will be responsible for creating and improving procedures, solving problems proactively, managing staff, and being accountable for operational outcomes across the clinic.Key responsibilitiesOversee daily clinic operations and service deliverySupport recruitment, onboarding, and staff developmentFacilitate team meetings and cross‐disciplinary communicationStrengthen and maintain a positive, collaborative team environmentEnsure NDIS compliance and accurate record keepingCreate,
