Working closely with business leaders, subject matter experts and technology teams, you'll analyse processes, uncover opportunities and help design solutions that deliver measurable value across the organisation.What You'll Be DoingDevelop a deep understanding of customer and business needs, identifying pain points,



opportunities and areas for improvementAnalyse and document current-state business processes and workflows to build a clear picture of how the business operatesGather, analyse, validate and document business requirements using appropriate business analysis techniquesTranslate requirements into clear specifications and acceptance criteriaDevelop future-state process designs and user journeys that support improved business outcomesPartner with stakeholders across business and technology teams to build alignment and consensus on proposed solutionsMap requirements across multiple business units and interconnected process streamsModel end-to-end processes and identify the impact of internal and external dependenciesSupport the development of operational reporting, business metrics, acceptance criteria and test plansCollaborate closely with Project Leads and Executive Sponsors to deliver agreed outcomesAbout YouYou're a cooperative and analytical Business Analyst who enjoys understanding complex business problems, engaging stakeholders and turning insights into practical solutions.You'll BringA bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Engineering or a related disciplineA minimum of two years' experience in business analysis, including process mapping,
