Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions meansour people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.ResponsibilitiesYour Role:Your role will encompass all facets of the investor relations role including :Supervision of work performed by Investor Relations and Senior Investor Relations SpecialistsParticipation in training of team members; assisting the Account Manager in preparation and execution of staff development plansReview of trade packs, statements and NAVsMonitoring and ensuring that investor transactions are properly reconciled and all documentation is completeReview and approval of cash receipts and paymentsDevelopment and review of custom client reporting; liaising with IT to automate custom reportingReview of investor and client correspondenceEnsuring adherence to controls and procedures; preparing and contributing to management control reportsDeveloping and monitoring Service Level AgreementsProvide excellent service to both investors and clients through both direct contact and support of your teamTaking a leadership role as a subject matter expert for the departmentMaintaining knowledge of current regulatory and compliance workplace as it effects our services and/or clientsParticipating in projects when requiredJob DescriptionThe market leader.
