We are known for our ability to solve complex problems through smart design, technical rigour, and close collaboration with clients, contractors, and authorities.The Role:Due to continued growth, we are searching for a Civil Engineer to join our team — You will play a key role in delivering designs and reports across a variety of projects - working alongside our structural, geotechnical and site engineers to deliver technical activities and designs.Key Responsibilities:Deliver design solutions in wastewater, stormwater and drainage infrastructure applicationsReview and analyse engineering documentation, providing compliance checks and directionLiaisebetween internal teams andexternal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives,



anddeliverables and ensure that client requirements are translatedinto designsConductinspections and assessments of infrastructure assets, ensuring compliance withrelevant regulations and standardsUndertake engineering judgement, interpretation and analysis of data to provide practical and commercial solutions.Ensure all design work meets Australian Standards local council engineering requirementsLiaise with councils, authorities, developers and clients to achieve optimised designsWorking on Development Engineering projects from Application to Completion stagesRequirementsTobe considered for the role, you must have5+years of experience as a Civil Engineer with Sydney Water or as a WSC (with road and pavement design experience highly regarded)Adegree in Civil Engineering , recognised by Engineers Australia (CPEng and higher education are highly regarded)A demonstrated background in delivering detailed design & documentationUnderstanding of NSW planning legislation and development processes and f amiliarity with urban design conceptsStrong understanding of Australian Standards, WSAA and SWC Standards and local council engineering requirementsC3 or C4 competency levels with a range of comparable projectsA specific cover letter is a must, outlining the relevance of your experience to this positionCompetitive salary, CPD sponsorship, and performance-based bonuses.A team-oriented, flexible work environment that values creativity and innovation.A progressive, employee-oriented culture that encourages self-improvement, diversity and autonomy.
