With further growth planned across Melbourne, we're looking for experienced Deli Managers to join the team.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in high-volume service, knows how to bring the best out of a team and genuinely cares about food, hospitality and delivering an exceptional guest experience.What's in it for you?

Take full ownership of a high-volume deli operation, leading both FOH and BOHLead from the floor during peak service, keeping the team and operation movingLead, coach and develop a high-performing hospitality teamMaintain exceptional standards across food, coffee, service and guest experienceOwn key commercial areas including rostering, labour, COGS,



stock, waste and salesDrive a positive team culture while identifying opportunities to improve performance and profitabilityWhat do you need?
Proven experience as a Deli Manager, Venue Manager, Restaurant Manager or similar in a high-volume environment, ideally $50K–$70K+ weekly salesStrong FOH + BOH experience, including genuine kitchen experience and confidence leading busy serviceStrong commercial understanding across labour, rostering, COGS, stock and wasteA genuine passion for food, coffee and exceptional guest experience, with high standards around quality and serviceA hands-on, energetic leader who can build a strong team culture, stay calm under pressure and is committed to growing with the business for the long termWoods & Co Recruitment is committed to creating a positively diverse and inclusive workforce which values all backgrounds and experiences.
