and trust tax returnsPrepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standardsEnsure compliance with Australian tax laws and regulatory requirementsStay up to date with changes in tax legislation and accounting standardsIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service deliveryBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsManage the workflow for the teamAssist with the provision of business advisory and coaching services for clientsAbout YouCA qualification (preferred but not required)Minimum of 4 years' experience in Australian public practiceStrong technical knowledge of Australian tax legislation and financial reporting standardsProficient in Xero, including Xero TaxExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to manage deadlines and multiple client portfoliosDemonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilityHigh level of professionalism and integrityPlease note: Candidates must reside in Australia and have permanent work rights with no restrictions to apply.
