This is a mid-level Remuneration Consultant role combining solid remuneration consulting capability with an interest in technology, product development and client delivery.
You will work across consulting engagements while also helping shape and improve the technology that supports remuneration and workforce decision-making.Key responsibilitiesConduct salary benchmarking using remuneration survey data and external market sourcesMatch roles to salary survey benchmarks and provide clear rationale for market matchesSupport and deliver job evaluation, job levelling and classification exercisesDesign and review job architectures, job families, levels and career frameworksAnalyse remuneration data, salary ranges, market positioning and internal relativitiesReview job descriptions and organisational structures to understand role scope and complexityPrepare high-quality client reports, presentations and recommendationsWork directly with clients to gather requirements,
