You'll be at the forefront of critical business negotiations and organisational change, with hybrid working arrangements and direct access to executive leadership.What You'll DoStrategic LeadershipLead and manage the delivery of comprehensive HR Services, encompassing employee relations, learning and development, and HR process supportServe as a strategic HR business partner to regional leadership, driving organisational effectiveness and transformational changeSupport strategy execution and country-specific initiativesProvide strategic guidance for upcoming Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) negotiationsTeam & Stakeholder ManagementManage a team of four direct reports while fostering collaboration across the organisationNavigate and balance local business needs with global processes and structuresAlign diverse stakeholder perspectives to develop unified strategic approachesBuild strong relationships across matrix organisational structuresWhat You BringEssential ExperienceProven track record in strategic HR business partnership rolesStrong experience in employee relations and HR process managementDemonstrated ability to drive change and improve organisational effectivenessExperience navigating complex matrix organisationsPreferred BackgroundManufacturing industry experience (other industries such as FMCG or Retail will be considered)Global organisational experiencePrevious involvement in enterprise bargaining or similar negotiationsKey CompetenciesExceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skillsStrategic thinking with practical execution capabilitiesResilience and adaptability in complex business environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesIf you're a strategic HR leader who thrives in complex environments and wants to make a significant impact on business outcomes, we want to hear from you.
