The Role
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Supervising residential construction projects from site commencement through to handoverCoordinating and managing trades and subcontractors on siteEnsuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standardManaging site schedules, inspections and quality controlMaintaining strong relationships with trades, suppliers and internal teamsIdentifying and resolving construction issues as they ariseEnsuring compliance with relevant building codes,



regulations and WHS requirementsMaintaining accurate site records and project documentationDelivering a high-quality customer experience throughout the build
Profile
About You
We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with a background in residential construction who can confidently manage multiple trades and keep projects progressing.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience supervising residential construction projectsStrong knowledge of residential building practices and construction processesExcellent trade and subcontractor management skillsStrong organisational and time-management abilitiesA keen eye for quality and attention to detailExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsA strong understanding of WHS requirementsRelevant construction qualifications/licencesA current Australian Driver Licence
