and clear career progression pathways.Responsibilities:Managing a portfolio of SME clientsPreparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, BAS/IASDelivering tax planning and strategic advisory to clientsManaging client relationships from day oneCollaborating with Partners and Managers to deliver high-quality serviceMentoring junior and offshore staff and reviewing work as neededRequirements5 years + experience working working within Business Services / Business Advisory services (In Australia)Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written;Strong understanding of various structures (e.g. trust, companies and partnerships)Experience in managing, delegation and reviewing junior team membersPerformance related bonus (10%)Xero based firmVery down to earth and supportive working culture
