An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Building Supervisor to join a growing insurance repair business and take responsibility for the Sunshine Coast region.This is an ideal role for someone who has a trade background, experience in residential building and a strong understanding of the insurance repair industry.About the roleManage a portfolio of insurance repair projects across the Sunshine CoastCoordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliersAttend sites and oversee works through to completionReview scopes, identify variations and manage project requirementsMaintain regular communication with customers, insurers and assessorsEnsure projects are completed on time, within scope and to a high standardManage customer expectations and resolve issues as they ariseMonitor workmanship, safety and complianceKeep projects progressing and ensure accurate job documentationBuild and maintain strong relationships with trades and key stakeholdersAbout youWe are looking for someone who understands both construction and insurance.You will ideally have:Previous experience in insurance repairsA solid trade or construction backgroundExperience supervising building works and managing tradesA QBCC licence or relevant licensing experienceStrong knowledge of residential construction and repairExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple jobsThe ability to work autonomously and make decisions on siteA current driver's licenceWhat we offerSunshine Coast-based positionWork from home once established in the roleInitial training and onboarding in BrisbaneSupport from an experienced national teamA diverse portfolio of insurance repair projectsOpportunity to take ownership of the Sunshine Coast regionLong-term career opportunityCompetitive salary package based on experienceYou won't be stuck behind a desk all day.
