The Opportunity
We're seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join our People & Culture team.
This key role supports full high-volume recruitment, from sourcing and selection to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate start
Available for the right candidate, based in either our Perth or Queensland office.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct interviews, book medicals, complete reference checks, and ensure onboarding complianceMaintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet operational demandsDeliver inductions and develop a candidate care program for recent startersBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and recruitment agenciesWork closely with the Perenti HR Services and Payroll teams for smooth onboardingSupport broader People & Culture initiatives in partnership with the P&C; ManagerProvide reporting and general HR support as required
About You
Proven experience in high volume recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or blue-collar environmentHigh level of initiative with a proactive and can-do attitudeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong administrative and organisational skills; ability to multitask under pressureExperience with SAP SuccessFactors (highly regarded)Working knowledge of employment legislationTertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related fields (desirable)Intermediate or higher proficiency in MS Office and reporting
