every shiftWhat you'll be doingWork closely with the Restaurant Manager to achieve operational and business goalsDrive shifts and set the pace for team performance and customer experienceDevelop and lead team members, building capability for future growthCreate memorable guest experiences that build loyalty and repeat businessMaintain quality & high standards across food quality, cleanliness and presentationEnsure safety, compliance and operational excellence across every shiftSupport key business functions including rostering, labour and inventory managementYou'll thrive in this role if you:Have leadership experience within QSR, pub and casual dining or another fast-paced customer-focused environmentEnjoy coaching and developing othersLead from the front and aren't afraid to roll up your sleevesStay calm and focused during busy periodsHave strong organisational and problem-solving skillsBring a positive attitude and genuine passion for customer serviceAre adaptable to work a rotating roster based on business needsWhy Join Us?
