We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tetto Rooftop Bar.
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vibrant restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests.
This is a full-time role based in our Everton Park location.Key responsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the Bar, Back-of-House and Front-of-House teamManage staffing, rosters, service standards and customer experienceSupervise reservations, table allocations and service flowTrain, mentor and support staff to maintain high service standardsMonitor stock levels, ordering and cost control in coordination with managementAssist with budgeting, reporting and operational planningEnsure compliance with workplace health and safety,
