and maintain the company's compliance framework and internal control systemsEnsure compliance with applicable financial services regulations and regulatory obligationsAct as a key point of contact for regulators and regulatory enquiriesSupport regulatory licensing initiatives and regulatory reporting obligationsMonitor regulatory developments and advise leadership on potential impactsConduct internal compliance monitoring and control reviewsWork closely with treasury, operations, product, and technology teams to ensure regulatory requirements are embedded in operational processesProvide guidance and training to internal teams on compliance obligationsRequirements5+ years experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management within financial servicesStrong knowledge of AML/CTF frameworks and regulatory obligationsExperience working within payments, fintech, banking, or financial servicesStrong understanding of regulatory governance and compliance frameworksAbility to develop policies and internal control systemsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsSkills & technologiesStrong analytical and investigative skillsHigh attention to detailProfessional integrity and judgementAbility to interpret regulatory requirements and apply them operationallyStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
