This role owns the client relationship after settlement, making sure their rate, loan and lender keep working for them and the goals they are working towards, for as long as they are with us.

ensuring they receive exceptional ongoing careCalling clients six weeks after settlement to make sure everything is running smoothlyRunning annual loan health checks to make sure each client's rate, product and lender are still the right fit for their goals, and negotiating better pricing with lenders on their behalfLetting clients know the outcome personally, whether it is a better rate or reassurance they are already in a good positionDriving the fixed rate expiry pipeline so every client has a plan before their rate rolls offManaging loan variations and discharges from start to finishSpotting changes in our clients' lives and making the introduction to the right broker when they need moreTaking ownership of client queries and seeing them through to resolution, while building robust relationshipsMaintaining accurate client records and following up on reviews and milestonesContributing to continuous improvement of our client care processesAbout YouExperience in customer service, client care or relationship management.
Experience in banking, mortgage broking or conveyancing will be looked upon very favourablyA confident, natural communicator who thrives on building lasting relationshipsA good listener who notices the details and follows throughStrong organisational skills and attention to detailYou take ownership and drive things to a result without waiting to be askedComfortable learning new systems and technologyThrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environmentEnergetic, positive and motivated to grow professionallyProfessional, ethical, and always putting client outcomes firstReady to Make a Difference?
