About the role
This full-time Assistant Strata Manager role at Stansure Strata in Kedron, Queensland offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading strata management company.
As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to the Strata Managers and assisting with the day-to-day administration.
What you'll be doing
Providing administrative support to the Strata Managers, including responding to emails, phone calls, maintaining accurate records and attending client meetings
Assisting with the preparation and distribution of meeting notices, minutes and other correspondence
Preparation of work orders and processing of invoices
Liaising with owners to address queries and resolve issues
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
What we're looking for
Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines (minimum of two years experience)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders




A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
Experience in a customer service or client-facing role
A positive, proactive, and solutions-focused approach to your role
