Monash Health is seeking a Team Manager to lead the CY-HOPE team at Cranbourne Community Hospital.
This fixed-term part time role (0.8 EFT) delivers operational and clinical leadership for children, young people, and families, with a multidisciplinary team.You will partner with the Consultant Psychiatrist and Service Manager to ensure coordinated, compassionate care, drive service improvements, and foster a supportive, inclusive team culture.
