Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Admin.
This role will involve handling customer enquiries, entering orders, managing accounts payable/receivable, and maintaining office supplies.
We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow with us.
Responsibilities:
– Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone calls, and in person
– Processing orders and ensuring stock levels are maintained
– Managing accounts payable/accounts receivable in the accounting software
– Ordering office supplies such as milk, tea, and coffee
– Organizing and maintaining filing systems
Skills:
Required:
– Computer literacy
– Robust interpersonal skills
– Excellent time management and organizational abilities




Desired:
– Proficiency in Word, Excel & Outlook
– Experience with accounting software is a plus
– Previous experience within the mining sector preferred
– Ability to work effectively with ADHD or Millennial managers
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not necessary
