You'll be hands-on in processing, while also focusing on team leadership, reporting, and process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a small payroll team, providing coaching, support, and regular performance feedbackOversee payroll operations for both Australia and New Zealand, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legislationMonitor and interpret awards,
