Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a clinical setting.
The Practice Nurse will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to physicians
Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
Educate patients on health and wellness topics
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation




Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent
Current nursing license
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Robust attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
