Reporting to the Head Chef, you will lead kitchen operations in a busy restaurant environment, collaborating with a qualified hospitality group that operates across Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne venues.You will apply creativity to present dishes, manage the kitchen brigade, ensure food safety, and help control costs.
Requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, a Diploma in Commercial
