Managing a well established desk supplying construction professionals and tradesmen across Australia.

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and objectives, and develop tailored strategies to address their unique challenges.
Develop and deliver comprehensive reports, presentations, and training materials to effectively communicate findings and proposed solutions.
Assist in the implementation of recommended strategies, ensuring seamless integration and successful outcomes.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously enhance consulting services.
Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a consulting or advisory role, preferably across multiple industries.
Construction Recruitment experience highly desired
Recruitment experience essential – proven track record of delivering and achieving revenue targets
Positive attitude and work ethic with a consultative mindset
Ability to work well in a team environment with a close knit team of professionals
