With a diverse workforce and a robust operational footprint, the People team sits at the centre of the organisation—supporting leaders, teams and frontline employees across the business.Due to a period of increased activity, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Coordinator to join the team on a 6‐month fixed‐term contract, supporting the day‐to‐day delivery of core people processes.The role This is a hands‐on, operational HR coordination role suited to someone who enjoys being the backbone of a People team.
You'll provide practical support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate, timely and people‐centred HR delivery.Working closely with HR Advisors and Business Partners, you'll help keep processes running smoothly and contribute to a positive employee experience.Key responsibilitiesCoordinating end‐to‐end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, changes and exitsPreparing contracts,



letters and employment documentationSupporting HR advisors with case coordination and administrative follow‐throughMaintaining accurate employee records and strong data integrity across HR systemsResponding to general HR queries in a calm, professional and solutions‐focused wayAssisting with reporting, compliance checks and core people processesAbout youYou're an organised and reliable HR professional who enjoys working in a busy, operational environment.
