You'll own the legal function end to end and work directly with the Director.What you'll doDraft, review and improve facility documentation across invoice finance, supply chain finance and secured business loansManage the security position — GSAs, PPSR registrations and verification, guarantees, caveats, mortgages and priority arrangementsRun recovery and enforcement: demands, security enforcement, guarantor recovery, and instructing external counsel on litigated mattersProtect our position in insolvency — voluntary administrations, liquidations, proofs of debt, secured creditor strategy and DOCA analysisSupport our funding structure — warehouse and noteholder documentation,



covenant and reporting obligationsSit alongside credit on transaction structuring, so deals are papered right the first timeKeep compliance current across AML/CTF, privacy and contract governanceWhat you'll bring4–6 years' post-admission experience in banking and finance, restructuring and insolvency, or commercial litigationPractical PPSA capability — not theoretical.
You've registered, verified, and enforcedCurrent NSW practising certificateCommercial judgment.
