NSW and tax-related property matters.You'll have the opportunity to work across a diverse mix of:Property acquisitions and disposalsBuying and sellingProperty developmentCommercial leasingLarger and more complex property transactionsGeneral conveyancing and property adviceMatters involving interstate and tax considerationsYou will run your own files and work directly with clients, while also supervising a small and growing team comprising a graduate, law student and junior lawyer.We are keen to speak with property lawyers with approximately 4-9 years' PAE who have solid experience across conveyancing and broader property matters.
