Whatyou'lldo
As aCasualty Claims Specialist,you'llmanage a portfolio ofup to 100 claims,



a blend of active and dormant matters.You'llindependently handle straightforward files within delegation and collaborate with senior colleagues and legal partners on more complex claims.
Your work will include:
Managing enquiries and guiding customers with clarity and empathy
Delivering fair, consistent, specialised claims outcomes
Assessing coverage,liabilityand quantum
Setting and executing effective resolution strategies
Maintainingaccuratefile standards and following our service model
Building positive relationships with clients,regulatorsand external stakeholders
Contributing to team initiatives,improvementsandbestpracticebehaviours
Whatyou'llbring
You'llthrive here ifyou'reproactive,curiousand committed to doing right by customers.
Experience managing claims in a casualty portfolio
Strong understanding of legislation, civil claims processes and/or PI/PL matters
Ability to provide commercial,timelyandwell-reasoneddecisions
Excellent communication, problemsolvingand stakeholder management skills
Strong attention to detail and comfort working both independently and in a team
A law degree is helpful but not essential;healthrelatedexperience is a bonus
