Senior Engineers will also provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and assist with project coordination and client management.
You will work on major commercial HVAC projects across a diverse range of sectors including commercial fitouts, new builds, healthcare, education, industrial and facilities management projects.
Working alongside experienced Design Managers and senior project stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering innovative HVAC solutions across multiple high-profile projects while continuing to develop your technical and professional skills within a collaborative environment.Key responsibilitiesDesign commercial HVAC systems for a range of building services projectsProduce mechanical calculations, equipment selections and system layoutsPrepare design documentation, specifications and technical reportsCoordinate with Project Managers, Construction Managers and ConsultantsAttend design and client coordination meetingsReview shop drawings and provide engineering support throughout constructionEnsure designs comply with Australian Standards and NCC requirementsAssist with value engineering and technical problem solvingSupport project delivery to achieve programme,



quality and budget objectivesSenior Engineers will mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across projectsAbout youDegree qualification in Mechanical EngineeringIntermediate Engineers: 2–5+ years' experience within commercial HVAC or mechanical building servicesSenior Engineers: 6–10+ years' experience delivering commercial HVAC projectsStrong understanding of commercial HVAC design principles and Australian StandardsExperience using HVAC design softwareExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesFull Australian working rightsAbility to provide two recent skilled referencesAbout usOur client is a highly respected Tier 1 mechanical services contractor delivering high-quality HVAC construction and maintenance solutions across Australia.
