This is a key role responsible for providing leadership across the practice, supporting team performance and ensuring the continued delivery of an outstanding patient experience.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy dental practice and provide strong leadership across the team.
Working closely with the Practice Owners, Principal Dentist, Clinical Coordinator and wider team, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient systems, supporting team performance, enhancing the patient experience and contributing to the continued growth of the business.
This is a key leadership role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, solutions-focused and confident managing people, operations and competing priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the practiceLead, support and motivate clinical and administrative team membersManage staff rosters, leave requests and daily staffing requirementsCoordinate patient flow,
