You'll take ownership of the monthly reporting cycle, ensure compliance with statutory and internal requirements, and provide meaningful insights that support commercial decision-making.Key responsibilities include:Leading, mentoring, and developing the transactional finance teamManaging month-end close, variance analysis, and preparation of board packsDriving cashflow forecasting and maintaining P&L; integrityOverseeing AR, AP, payroll, and statutory compliance (including BAS and insurance obligations)Supporting external audits with preparation of schedules and addressing queriesMaintaining accuracy of financial data in ERP systemsPartnering with leaders across the business to inform strategy and performanceProducing internal accounting papers in line with IAS/AASB standardsIdentifying and implementing process and systems improvements to enhance efficiencyWhat You BringWe're looking for a proactive, technically robust finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Ideal profile:CPA or CA qualified, with 3-5 years in a Financial Controller, Finance Manager,



or Senior Accountant roleStrong technical accounting knowledge with excellent understanding of reporting standards and complianceSkilled in Excel, financial modelling, and ERP systems (experience with Apparel21 or similar highly regarded)A natural leader who enjoys mentoring teams and building a high-performance cultureConfident communicator, comfortable partnering with stakeholders across all levels of the businessCommercially curious, with a mindset for process improvement and innovationWhy Join?
