Key responsibilities include:
Supporting a portfolio of strata schemesAttending committee and AGM meetings (including some after-hours)Preparing and distributing agendas, budgets, and meeting minutesCoordinating maintenance, repairs, and insurance renewalsAdvising committees on by-laws, compliance and governanceManaging levy recovery processes and ensuring legislative complianceBuilding strong relationships with owners, committees, and service providersUsing your own vehicle for on-site inspections and meetings
About You:
You'll be a confident communicator and natural organizer who thrives in a fast-paced,



service-driven environment.
Whether you're already in strata or transitioning from property management or facilities administration, you'll bring professionalism and a client-first mindset.
You will bring:
Property, or building managementSound understanding of Body Corporate legislation (or willingness to learn)Strong attention to detail and excellent time managementConfident communication and relationship-building skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and strata softwareCurrent driver's license and reliable vehicle
