Employment Lawyers - 3yrs PQE to Senior Associate

Due to ongoing growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are now seeking 2 talented lawyers with a minimum of 3 years' post‐admission experience in employment law.
About the Opportunity
You'll be joining a cooperative, high‐performing practice that advises both employers and employees across the full spectrum of workplace relations, including:
Unfair dismissals, general protections, discrimination, and bullying
Enterprise bargaining and industrial relations
Workplace investigations
Policy development, compliance, and training
Strategic advisory and litigation
Who We're Looking For
We're open to lawyers across a range of experience levels,
with the core requirement being at least 2-3 years of dedicated employment law experience.
