Iconic Structures Sydney, a leading construction company, is seeking a highly-skilled Contracts Administrator / Site Engineer (Form Reo Pour) to join our dynamic team.
This full-time role will be based on our construction projects across Sydney.What you'll be doingAdministering and monitoring construction contracts, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligationsProviding on-site engineering support, including overseeing the formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pouring processesLiaising with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of any issuesMaintaining detailed records and documentation related to project progress, quality control, and health and safetyAssisting with the preparation of progress claims, variations, and other contractual documentationCollaborating with the project management team to identify and implement process improvementsWhat we're looking forTertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldMinimum 3-5 years" experience in a similar Contracts Administrator or Site Engineer role within the construction industryStrong understanding of construction contracts, project administration, and quality control processesProficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications,
