This will involve a variety of employment, discrimination, and industrial relations issues, serving clients across sectors such as health, education, construction, manufacturing, and finance.You'll receive hands-on mentoring from senior partners, with a clear path for career progression in a collaborative and supportive environment.
The role offers significant client contact, where you'll manage high-profile matters and provide tailored legal advice across various industries.We're looking for a candidate with 2-4 years' PAE in employment law, ideally with exposure to industrial relations.
You should be comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with the team.
