Join a well-established fitout and refurbishment business delivering a robust pipeline of projects across Sydney.You'll take ownership of day-to-day site delivery, working closely with the Project Manager and wider team to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesRun day-to-day site operations and drive the construction programmeCoordinate and manage subcontractors and services tradesMaintain WHS&E;, QA and site reporting requirementsEnsure a high standard of workmanship and finishesManage site issues and keep projects movingBuild strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractorsAbout YouCommercial or residential construction experienceExperience delivering projects valued at $1M+Strong communication, organisation and leadership skillsConfident reading plans, drawings and construction programmesTrade background preferredWhite Card essentialUnderstanding of WHS and QA requirementsExperience with Procore, OneBreadcrumb, HammerTech or similar construction software
