Information Technology Project Coordinator
We're seeking a hands‐on PMO Coordinator to support a Project Manager in delivering a core ERP implementation within a medium‐sized business.
This is a practical coordination role focused on governance, reporting, and day‐to‐day delivery support.
What you'll be doing
Support the Project Manager with plans, RAID, actions, and reporting
Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
Coordinate meetings, documentation, and follow‐ups
Assist with budgets, forecasts, and vendor invoices
What we're looking for
Experience as a PMO or Project Coordinator
Exposure to ERP or enterprise system projects
Solid attention to detail and delivery mindset
