Applicants must already be qualified and have previous professional mortgage broking experience.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing client lending requirements from initial enquiry through to settlement.Key responsibilities include:Meeting with clients and understanding their lending requirementsAssessing clients' financial circumstances and borrowing needsProviding appropriate mortgage and lending solutionsManaging home loan, investment property and refinancing applicationsPreparing and submitting accurate lending applicationsManaging applications from initial enquiry through to settlementLiaising with clients, lenders, solicitors and other professionalsObtaining and reviewing supporting financial information and documentationFollowing up outstanding information and lender requirementsMaintaining complete and accurate client filesEnsuring compliance requirements are properly completed and documentedManaging conditional approvals,



formal approvals and settlementsKeeping clients informed throughout the lending processConducting client reviews and identifying refinancing opportunitiesAttending client meetings when requiredManaging internally provided client opportunities professionally and efficientlyAbout YouTo be considered for one of these positions, you must be a qualified Mortgage Broker with prior mortgage broking experience.We are looking for applicants with:Current mortgage broking qualificationsDemonstrated previous experience as a Mortgage BrokerStrong residential lending knowledgeExperience managing lending applications from enquiry through to settlementStrong understanding of mortgage broking compliance requirementsHigh standards of compliance and file managementExcellent attention to detailStrong documentation and record-keeping skillsAbility to identify missing, incomplete or inconsistent informationStrong client communication and relationship management skillsProfessional presentationStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple clients and applicationsStrong follow-up skillsAbility to work effectively within an office-based teamProfessional and accountable approach to client serviceExperience in commercial lending, business lending, asset finance or SMSF lending would also be well regarded.Compliance and Attention to DetailCompliance and attention to detail are essential requirements for these roles.Successful applicants will be expected to maintain complete and accurate client files and ensure all required documentation and compliance obligations are properly addressed.We are looking for experienced brokers who take ownership of their work,
