The successful applicant will become an integral part of the broader team and will have at least 4 years' experience in a public practice environment.Position ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely mannerWork with Partners to provide tax planning and advisory services to clientsAssist with staff training, fostering a culture of continuous learning and developmentLead and review the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFsDevelop and manage client relationships, providing expert advisory service and solutions to add long-term valueLead and review the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trustsLiaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clientsParticipate in training seminars, team meetings and social eventsHelp provide exceptional service to clientsAbout YouMinimum of 4 years' experience in a Chartered Accounting PracticeChartered Accountant qualification or in progressBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similarExpertise using accounting software, including APS, MYOB, Xero and QuickBooksExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailCommitted to providing exceptional service to clientsProactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic
