Duties scale by level (L1–L3) based on technical depth and ownership.Core ResponsibilitiesL1 – Operations & Hands‐On SupportPerform rack/stack, hardware swaps, and physical installsComplete cabling, patching, labelling, and basic troubleshootingRun health checks, monitoring alerts, and ticket triageEscort vendors and follow standard operating proceduresL2 – Technical Troubleshooting & MaintenanceDiagnose and resolve server, storage, and network issuesPerform firmware updates, configuration changes, and system maintenanceSupport incident response, root cause analysis, and escalationsMaintain asset records, capacity data,



and documentationL3 – Advanced Engineering & EscalationsLead complex troubleshooting across compute, storage, network, and virtualizationOptimise performance, capacity, and reliability of DC systemsDrive automation, process improvement, and infrastructure upgradesCollaborate with architecture teams on design and implementationSkills & ExperienceExperience in data center operations (L1–L3 depending on level)Solid understanding of servers, storage, networking, virtualization, cabling standardsAbility to work in controlled environments and follow strict change processesCertifications (nice to have): CCNA/CCNP, Server+, Network+, ITIL, VMware, Azure/AWS
